Information we collect
We may collect account and contact details, identity and verification documents, service addresses, booking information, messages, ratings, support enquiries, device and usage information, approximate or precise location where permission is granted, and provider bank details required for payouts.
For online payments, payment credentials are entered into the payment processor’s secure interface. Blu receives transaction identifiers, payment method, amount and status, but does not need to store full card numbers or security codes.

- To match customers with providers and fulfil, support and document bookings.
- To collect payments, calculate commissions, show provider earnings and process withdrawals.
- To send booking, safety, account and service communications.
- To investigate complaints, enforce platform rules and comply with legal obligations.
- To improve Blu through analytics, testing and customer feedback.
When information is shared
We share only what is reasonably necessary with the customer or provider involved in a booking, identity-verification services, hosting and communications suppliers, payment processors such as PayHere, professional advisers, banks used for provider payouts, and public authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to operate Blu, resolve disputes, maintain payment and tax records, prevent fraud and meet legal requirements. We use access controls, encryption in transit, logging and other reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may update profile information in the app and may request access, correction or deletion through Blu Support. Some booking, payment, fraud-prevention or legal records may need to be retained after an account is closed.
